1. No Refund Policy for Coaching & Mentoring Services

We appreciate your trust in our coaching and mentoring programs. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a coaching session, mentoring program, or digital product has been purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final, regardless of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes in your situation.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is at our discretion. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.

3. Digital & Downloadable Products

All digital content, e-books, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the instant access provided, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Please ensure you review all product details before making a purchase.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Missed coaching sessions
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal circumstances preventing participation
  • Technical issues on the client’s end

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or payment provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent removal from all current and future programs.
